Other People, common ground – a moment of sharing

Mirte Bogaert and Menzo Kircz have been Artists in Residence at BUoY for the last three weeks. Here Edition #5 of their 20-year long project “Other People, common ground”  took place, for which they invited Sachi Masuda and Tsuyoshi Kondo to participate in their research on what work is in the performing arts when not working towards a product, such as a performance. You are warmly invited for a moment in which they will share some of what they have been working on.

アーティストのミルテ・ボガートとメンゾー・キルツは3週間に及びBUoYにて滞在リサーチを行ってきました。

20年という長いスパンを見据えたこのプロジェクト「Other People, common ground」は、今回で5度目を迎え、近藤強と益田さちがリサーチに参加しました。

「完成品」、例えばパフォーマンスを作ること、を目的としない時、パフォーミングアーツに関わる仕事とは何なのかを探ってきました。
